The main focus of this camp is to promote a strong foundation with regard to the skills of the game. The campers will go through a series of skill-based instruction, while applying those skills to game situations. Goalies will be given individual instruction on goalie play in and out of the crease. Our skilled coaches can help beginners learn the fundametals of lacrosse, advanced players refine their skills, and everything in between.

This camp is set to run from July 27th to the 31st. The sessions will take place from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. The camp welcomes all girls of ages 7 - 18. There will be four designated groups: Beginners, Modified, JV and Varsity. Once teams are established (based on skill), each team will have their own coach.
